At FEG, we provide a comprehensive range of services from project management, site surveys, system design, installation, testing & commissioning, training, and equipment repairs complete with after sales support.
We specialize in designing and integration systems to meet customer specifications. Along with the products within our expertise, we source for the best possible components to support the system. We also propose alternate solutions, which help customers in obtaining the most cost effective and reliable system.
In the implementation of project-based systems, we execute the entire management of the project from design and integration, procurement and expediting and installation. Full time supervision of the installation is provided on site. We also do a complete testing and commissioning on the installed system prior to handling over.
We have a pool of qualified engineers who provide consultancy services on the systems that we represent to prospective and current customers.
As part of our commitment to continuous our product support, we provide maintenance and repair services for systems already installed as well as third party equipment. Our field engineers and technicians are able to provide prompt service and support on all of the systems proposed and installed.
The equipment can only be used to its full potential if the users are trained. Training is available and shall be provided to our customers. It can be carried out either in-house, on the field or at our manufacturer's premises. Our trainers are fully qualified and have years of field experience.
We provide extensive after sales support including comprehensive service level agreements with our client ensuring the systems installed continues to perform without interruption and with minimum downtime.
